About Us
Streamline Plumbing employs a range of qualified personnel that includes Plumbers, Apprentices, Plant Operators and, front office staff, which are able to offer expertise in all plumbing projects varying in size and complexity.

We have a commitment in developing and training apprentices. Over the years, we have successfully been a part of many apprentices journeys in becoming fully qualified Plumbers.
​
We have also invested in courses to further train our existing personnel team. In addition to this and the current qualified personnel employed, Streamline Plumbing also has access to additional labour hire recruiting companies, to assist with projects when required.
As a company, we recognise that our most valuable assets are our people.
Training & Apprenticeship
Streamline Plumbing have always ensured that we have ongoing apprentices joining our team. We pride ourselves with providing them with a high standard of on and off the job training through the likes of the MPA Skills and other registered training organisations, allowing our apprentices to gain the best possible trade education.

We have also supported MPA Skills and Apprentice Training since they were established. Streamline is also a 'Host Employer' of the plumbing Apprentices and the Training Group.
​
We assist with school based training, including on the job training for Pre-Apprentices for block release students.

Sam Germana leads the team at Streamline Plumbing and is responsible for business development, client relationships, company growth and overseeing operations.

Sam has over 40 years experience in the industry. His knowledge, commitment and passion are the major factors behind the growth and success of the company.
